Ihre Aufgaben

You will investigate cognitive modulators of pain and analgesia in health and chronic pain using functional/anatomical magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI/MRI) and pharmacological interventions
Supervision of doctoral students
The possibility of habilitation is given

Ihr Profil

Candidates with a PhD-degree in Psychology, Neuroscience or related fields with documented research experience and publications in peer-reviewed journals
Expertise in designing experimental behavioral, pharmacological, and neuroimaging studies using brain imaging methods (fMRI/MRI, PET-MR) and related software (SPM, FSL or nipype) is essential
A profound knowledge of statistics and proficiency in at least one programming language (Matlab, R, python, etc.) is expected
Excellent command of oral and written English is essential; German-language skills are beneficial
Great communication skills, high flexibility, and strong commitment are essential
