Tele Sales (m/f/d)

Your mission

As a Tele Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in customer acquisition and retention through phone and other digital channels. Your mission is to identify potential new clients within the healthcare sector, persuade them of the value of our products and services, and contribute significantly to the company’s revenue growth. You will serve as a key link between the sales and marketing teams, providing valuable input to continuously refine our sales strategies.
What you will do:

  • You will contact relevant companies and providers within the healthcare sector via phone and other channels.
  • You will present and promote our full product portfolio, converting potential customers into clients through persuasive communication.
  • You will identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling and by following up on inbound inquiries.
  • You will qualify inquiries and assess if they meet the criteria for potential sales opportunities.
  • You will maintain and regularly update customer and lead data in our CRM system.
  • You will track your sales activities, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth follow-up process.
  • You will build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • You will respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and assist in resolving issues.
  • You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales strategies and support campaigns.
  • You will provide valuable feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine our sales approaches.
  • You will assist with administrative tasks and sales coordination as needed.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience and success in telesales and customer acquisition by phone.
  • You are proficient in using CRM software and experienced in managing customer data.
  • You are knowledgeable about our product portfolio or willing to quickly familiarize yourself with it.
  • You have excellent verbal communication skills and can clearly and persuasively convey complex information.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are proactive, solution-driven, and able to work independently.
