Sr. Production Engineer

Your Tasks

• Data Analysis: collect and analyze process data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement using statistical tools and methodologies.
• Process Optimization: identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across the production lifecycle to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Project Management: lead and manage process improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, R&D, and maintenance to align process improvements with company objectives.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: provide technical expertise to troubleshoot process issues, resolve operational problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, and project status. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and experience min 5 years in the same position.
• Technical Skills: proficient in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and industry-specific tools (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, 8D Problem Solving, DMAIC etc.).
• Strong understanding of process design, control systems, and automation, familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
• Strong in communication skill, leadership, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated on new technologies and methodologies.
