Site manager

We are looking to strengthen our logistics team in Gelsenkirchen as soon as possible. You act as the first point of contact for our customers and actively negotiate conditions. You will work closely with our logistics controller and the site manager. You can expect a varied and responsible role in a medium-sized company with a family-oriented working culture.
Your tasks:

• Regular exchange with existing and new customers
• Conducting price negotiations
• Invoice preparation and creation
• On-schedule order processing and reporting
• Management of customer data

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity
• Confident handling of MS Excel, experience with SAP an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Strong understanding of numbers combined with analytical thinking skills
• Assertiveness combined with a strong customer and service orientation
