Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Set the strategy: Develop and implement financial frameworks and KPIs for Data & AI investments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead financial oversight: Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for Data & AI initiatives, providing visibility and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Build new processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define financial and operational standards for this evolving area, creating a scalable foundation.
• Harness data: Dive into large datasets, ensuring accuracy and generating strategic insights that inform and drive decision-making.
• Be the go-to expert: Leverage tools like Technology Business Management (TBM) and Apptio to establish a best-in-class cost modelling approach for Data & AI.
• Drive value: Work closely with AI and data teams to ensure investments deliver tangible outcomes and cost-efficiency.
• Lead the Future: Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI and data, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• Relevant experience: Academic degree in IT, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Administration, paired with proven track record in financial management for IT, Data, or AI-driven projects.
• Technical know-how: Deep understanding of data modelling, financial analytics, and IT cost frameworks; familiarity with tools like Apptio, SAP ERP/BI, and databases is a plus.
• Visionary mindset: Ability to think strategically while managing the details - you see the big picture and know how to build the path to get there.
• Innovative spirit: Excited to work in a new and rapidly evolving area, bringing creativity and adaptability to the role.
• Communication skills: Fluent in German and English and comfortable engaging with diverse, international teams.
• Collaborative leader: A team player who thrives on building strong partnerships and working across disciplines.
