Senior Business Controller

About the role

We are looking for two Senior Business Controllers to join our team and support our business with high-quality reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Controller you will work closely with stakeholders to provide financial analysis, decision-support documentation, and business intelligence. Your insights will support commercial operations, benchmarking, and KPI development, ensuring operational excellence & strategic execution. In this role you will have:
- Financial & Management Reporting - Execute and improve Group and Operational reporting, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Stakeholder Support & Business Partnering - Collaborate with teams on financial milestones and being a in-house consultant supporting the decision making process
- Business Analysis & Strategy Support - Conduct commercial analysis, risk assessments, and trade working capital evaluations to drive strategic initiatives.
- Forecasting & Budgeting - Support business projections, including forecasting, budgeting, and PMT processes.
- Business Intelligence & KPI Development - Develop and optimize KPI reporting, benchmarking, and new reporting tools to enhance decision-making.
Profile
Who You Are:
We believe you are a structured and analytical business partner with a strong commercial mindset & business acumen. You enjoy working both strategically and hands-on, driving financial insights that support business growth.
To thrive and succeed in the role, you should:
- Be solution-oriented and creative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Business-savvy, able to partner with commercial teams and provide strategic financial guidance.
- Experienced in finance & reporting, with at least 3-5 years in an international setting, preferably in lifestyle or retail.
- Be a strong communicator, capable of educating stakeholders on financial impacts.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
