Sales Representative - New Business (m/f/d)
Your mission
As a Sales Representative - New Business (m/f/d), you are a key driver of our company's growth! In this role, you will significantly contribute to our success by acquiring new customers, exploring market potential, and expanding our reach. Your goal is to increase our revenue and market share through successful negotiations and targeted customer acquisition.
Your responsibilities:
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers, convince them of our products, and demonstrate the added value of our solutions to grow our customer base.
- Market Development: Build sector-wide business relationships, discover new markets, and drive their development.
- Technical Presentations: Present our solutions with a high level of technical expertise and enthusiasm, both independently and in collaboration with our Implementation Consultants.
- Proposal Preparation & Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals with the support of our pre-sales team and conduct successful negotiations until the contract is finalized.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand the specific needs of our customers and adapt our solutions accordingly.
- Dynamic Product Presentations: Represent the myneva Group at trade shows, conferences, and meetings, impressing with your in-depth product knowledge.
- CRM Expertise: Utilize our CRM system daily, gathering all relevant information and providing insightful dashboards and reports to enhance efficiency.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial or technical degree or have equivalent experience.
- You bring several years of experience in software sales, ideally in the social services or public sector.
- You are familiar with complex tender processes and the specific demands of large customer projects.
- You have a proven track record of successful sales and excel in new customer acquisition.
- You are skilled at building and maintaining trust-based relationships with decision-makers and other stakeholders.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
