Recruiter (m/f/d) | Full-Time

Overview of tasks:

Pre-selection of candidates via phone and online job interviews
Conducting and reviewing candidate assessments
Communication with candidates from application until hire
Participation in job fairs and events
Processing hiring documents
Data acquisition and regular maintenance of candidate database
Close cooperation with managers and co-workers

What we expect:

B2 level of English, German is a must C1 (both written and spoken), third language is a plus
Previous experience in recruitment would be an asset
High level of communication and negotiation competences
Computer literacy
Knowledge of Workday and Avature would be an asset
Solution-oriented
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Ability to work on-site in Essen
