QA Engineer

Your Tasks

• Supervising and overseeing all activities of IQC, IPQC and OQC and monitoring quality performance at production level to achieve quality target.
• Maintain & manage the system in place, updated and according to the standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OBP, and provide 8D report for internal and external issues.
• Responsible for internal audit plan & execution as well as external & certification & follow up actions on the gaps and for product certifications UL, Heavy metal, REACH, RoHS, SCS, C2C etc.
• Create, review & approve procedure and manage are fully documented and 5S implementation, manage validity of calibration and qualify and releasing new supplier.
• Adhoc project, make ISI, II, IPQC & OQC inspection Plan and perform training to inspectors: IQC, IPQC and OQC & product standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/polymers and min 3 years of working experience in the same position in Quality and certified and highly experience in process audit, ISO 9001 & 14001.
• Familiar with quality & environmental management system control and monitoring, and advantage understanding ASTM mechanical properties, chemical plastic polymer, certification OBP.
• Strong with SAP, Minitab, QC 7 tools, 8D, 4M, 5Whys, FMEA, PCP, Lean, Six Sigma, worked and developed suppliers.
• Good in communication and English, analyze, independent, objectivity and critical thinking, careful personality.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure and good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek continuous improvement.
