Job description:
Responsible leadership and operation of the biomass heat and power plant
Ensuring technical and economic operation in accordance with operating guidelines
Monitoring and control of the plant for maximum efficiency and profitability
Personnel management and scheduling, including management of external contractors
Ensuring workplace safety, health protection, environmental protection, and energy efficiency
Planning, preparation, execution, and monitoring of revisions and maintenance measures
Preparation of reports and documentation for performance monitoring and compliance
Skills requested:
Technician with relevant experience, comparable qualification such as power plant master or degree in power engineering, energy engineering, or process engineering
Several years of experience in leading teams and operating facilities
Proficient in MS Office and ideally good English language skills
Strong decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
