Stellenbeschreibung
Tasks
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
- Training & Development: Collaborate on initiatives to promote learning and career growth within the organization.
- People & Culture Projects: Lead or support initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- People & Culture Analytics: Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a People & Culture role, demonstrating a solid foundation in People & Culture practices and principles
- Speed in understanding the structure and dynamics of functions and teams, enabling you to assess development and recruitment needs accurately
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively
- Assertive and effective communication skills; you are capable of navigating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organizational hierarchy
- High degree of service orientation with a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a great sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluency in English, the company’s working language, is required, proficiency in German would be considered a plus
