Partner Manager (m/f/d)
Your mission
In the role of a Partner Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key business partners to drive mutual growth and success. This role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with partners to align with the company’s overall business objectives. As a Partner Manager (m/f/d) you serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing the value of partnerships through joint initiatives, sales opportunities, and strategic projects.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key partners, e.g. IT vendors, to foster collaboration and mutual success.
- Identify potential new partners and opportunities for collaboration that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product and legal to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the performance of joint projects, campaigns and initiatives and ensure they align with established goals and KPIs.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales and business development opportunities within partner relationships.
- Regularly review and analyse partner performance and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and provide regular reports on partner performance, including revenue generation, opportunity pipeline and joint initiatives.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools.
- Very good written and spoken German and English (min. language level C1).
