Job description
Your tasks
- Develop & execute EIS-wide marketing strategies to support sales, incl. media partnerships
- Organization and execution of (segment-specific) events to connect with new & potential customers
- Conducting customer insights research
- Planning and placement of paid media ads in targeted magazines
- Creation and optimization of lead generation and nurturing campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to derive actionable insights for sales and marketing
- Sales enablement through the provision of marketing materials, presentations, and training
- Product marketing for EIS offerings: specific campaigns or customization of region-overarching materials
- Development of clear and compelling messaging for different target audiences and sales channels
- Building & maintaining strong collaboration with the EIS Communication Team
- Driving the international EIS Marketing community, integrating marketing colleagues from various regions
- Close alignment with sales, solution development, and other departments to ensure consistent communication and goal achievement
Your profile
- Academic degree in marketing, communication or related subjects
- Distinctive professional experience, ideally in the energy industry
- Enthusiasm for our products and solutions
- Passionate about sustainability and want to make a difference
- Ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable and convincing way
- Proven experience in product/solution marketing, campaign management, lead generation
- Proven experience in digital communication tools
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organisation and with technical, commercial and marketing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and experience in organizing and coordinating cross country teams or similar growth platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus
- Proactive hands-on mentality
- Team spirit, humour and a high level of commitment
