Junior / Senior Support-Specialist *
We possess a long-standing experience, especially in the domain industry and the underlying technologies. We develop specific software which is used globally. We support our customers via e-mail and telephone in German and English. A hotline assures that our customers can reach us 24x7.
Your Responsibilities
- First point of contact in all questions concerning the daily operations
- Independently find decent solutions for customer requests
- Telephone customer service
- Monitor systems
- Process documentation with a web-based ticket system
Your Profile
- You possess an intermediate diploma or a bachelor degree in engineering
- or science.
- You have fundamental knowledge in networks (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls)
- You have gained extensive experiences with the common operational
- systems (Linux and UNIX derivates such as HP-UX).
- You have fundamental knowledge and extensive experiences in different
- programming languages (Java, Perl, Shell scripts), with databases
- (Postgres, Sybase, MySQL) as well as application servers (Tomcat and
- JBoss).
- You work in a customer and solution oriented manner.
- You are a communicative and dedicated team player.
- Your working methods are structured and targeted.
- You are confident to make your own decisions within your operational range.
- You possess very good written and spoken English skills.
