Your tasks

• Concepting and managing international MarCom (sub-)projects in the team Corporate Brand & Campaigning
• Developing detailed project plans and monitoring progress while delivering projects on time, within budget and scope
• Coordinating closely with internal departments in the HQ and national MarCom stakeholders as well as external agencies and service providers
• Conducting risk management to minimize project risks
• Tracking project performance using appropriate KPIs and metrics
• Creation of presentations and reports for the relevant stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Your profile

• Proven work experience as a marketing project manager on agency side, ideally in trade sector
• Master Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong in communication and convincing with high self-confidence
• English minimum B2/C1
