Head of Consulting DACH (m/f/d)
Your mission
As Head of Consulting DACH (m/f/d) at myneva, you are the driving force behind the strategic development and implementation of our consulting services in the DACH region. You will develop innovative strategies, lead our service business, and ensure that our customers benefit from top-notch solutions to achieve their business goals. Acting as a role model and supporter for your team, you will work together to achieve outstanding results. In this role you'll directly report to our Chief Revenue Officer. Your mission is to build a dynamic and transparent organization and enable sustainable success for both our customers and myneva.
What you will do
- Lead and develop the consulting team in the DACH region - with direct reports.
- Plan and manage resources in close collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service to meet short- and long-term demands.
- Act as a customer advocate by identifying needs and successfully communicating them internally.
- Prepare reports for senior management on workforce planning, project utilization, project status, and financial performance.
- Ensure the development and continuous training of your team members to maintain high employee satisfaction and excellent performance.
- Identify and solve customer problems to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers and myneva.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in leading cross-regional and multidisciplinary teams, ideally in the DACH region.
- Proven success in the consulting field and in scaling a service business.
- Passion for developing employees and building a strong team culture.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of business metrics as well as modeling and managing consulting services based on KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for the best solutions for our customers and myneva.
- Excellent German and English language skills, as well as a willingness to travel occasionally.
