Facility Supervisor

Your Tasks

• Responsible for daily facility activities, manpower and schedules, running utility facility, arranging spare parts facilities, troubleshooting utility and related facilities.
• Document facility, reporting to the manager.
• Monitoring project progress and preparing status.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

Your Profile

• Diploma-3 in technical and min 2 years of working experience in the same position in Facility.
• Experience and strong understanding with mechanical & electrical, HVAC system, air compressor system, exhaust fan, air treatment.
• Familiar with WWTP
• Good in communication, skill in English, Microsoft office, analyze, independent, objectivity and critical thinking, careful personality.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure and good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek continuous improvement.
