Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Maschinen und Anlagen, sowie von elektrotechnischen Komponenten in unseren vollautomatischen Intralogistiksystemen, beispielsweise Schaltschränke, Motoren, Sensorik, etc (je nach Berufsausbildung)
  • Ausführung von Inspektionen und geplanten Instandsetzungen
  • Durchführung von vorbeugenden Wartungen und anfallenden Reparaturen, sowie von Prüfungen (DGUV3 / Sicherheitseinrichtungen etc.)
  • Begleitung des täglichen Anlagenbetriebes, Fehleranalyse inklusive Störungsbehebung

Du passt gut zu uns mit

  • Abgeschlossener Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Mechatroniker (je m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtmodell
  • Idealerweise erster Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Anlagen
  • Guten Deutschkenntnissen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eigenständiger Arbeitsweise

Are you ready to be the mastermind behind the cutting-edge operations of an automated warehouse system? At WITRON, the Local Control Center (LCC) is the brain of our entire warehouse operation, and we're looking for a sharp, analytical, and proactive Process Technicians to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Process Technician, you will:

  • Support and optimize our automated material handling system in real-time.
  • Work with a variety of in-house and industry IT solutions to fine-tune performance and drive improvements.
  • Keep a close eye on system operations and use root cause analysis to maximize uptime and productivity.
  • Address and correct workflow problems, mechanical issues, and computer system diagnostics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by creating technical documentation and supporting escalation management.
  • Perform system monitoring and support repairs and preventative maintenance. Manage user rights in our WMS and create tickets for the help desk.
  • Report on system performance and assist in application testing.

Requirements

  • One (1) to two (2) years in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Associate's degree in IT related field is preferred
  • Continuous walking and standing Lifting, pulling and pushing up to 50 pounds Proficiency in Oracle SQL, network infrastructure, and Windows OS.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, ShareDrive, Outlook).
  • Basic PC and network troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Are you a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician ready to take on the challenge of maintaining a state-of-the-art automated material handling system in a fast-paced distribution center? We are looking for a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety, thrives on maximizing system performance, and excels in both electrical and mechanical tasks.
WITRON offers premium shift differential pay for qualifying evening, night, or weekend shifts on top of the base pay and performance-based bonus opportunities that reward your hard work and dedication.
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Approach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.
  • Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities.
  • Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
  • Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role required, five (5) years plus preferred.
  • Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).
  • Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).
  • Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary system monitoring programs.
  • Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
  • Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE.
  • Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
