Your Tasks

• Support NPI team and coordinate new project materials available on time and production schedule on time, support SQE to solve material quality issue and complain.
• Support for new supplier’s’ audit, new parts’ ISI process audit, responsible for ISI sampling and release follow up.
• Responsible for direct material ordering, daily delivery schedule, vendor delivery performance, manage forecast.
• Apply system set up for better inventory control purpose. (Lot size, GR time, Safety stock, etc.)
• Follow up ECR/ECN change that related to production material.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and minimum 2 years working experience in the same position.
• Familiar with procurement system, ERP system, SAP knowledge is highly recommended, effective communication ability and persuasion, understand a basic knowledge of incoterm.
• Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft Excel, understand and can speak Mandarin will be advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
